
23. April 2012 | Convincing presentation at Russia’s largest trade fair, MosBuild 2012
For the first time, Russia’s largest trade fair – MosBuild – was completed housed in the Moscow ExpoCenter. Also new was its division into two themes: the first week was devoted to interior decorating (the Design & Décor Week from the 2nd to 5th of April) while the second week to construction materials (the Building & Architecture Week from the 10th to 13th of April). It was an event of superlatives: on 150,000 square metres, more than 2,300 exhibitors from over 40 countries displayed innovations and premieres from the worlds of design, architecture and construction to the more than 100,000 trade visitors who attended the 18th Construction & Interior Exhibition, hailing from 60 countries and nearly all parts of Russia.
Week, the Russian company of KRONOSTAR, KRONOPOL of Poland and KRONOTEX GmbH & Co. KG of Germany shared a red stand against a reproduction of a Swiss mountainscape to showcase the latest new developments and fashionable products. For KRONOSTAR, MosBuild 2012 coincided with a special milestone: the company was founded on 1 April 2002, and the trade fair provided a perfect setting for celebrating the company’s 10-year jubilee. Large, eye-catching portrait photos of actual KRONO employees were mounted overhead on the stand to document the SWISS KRONO GROUP’s longstanding presence in the Russian market and its dedication to flexibly and effectively serving customers.
The stand’s straightforward, open structure enabled clear, freestanding presentations. The many exhibited decors – and especially the horizontal presentations – let interested visitors touch and feel the panel structures while also providing a practical work surface. The great interest shown by attendees from Eastern Europe in the innovative KRONO laminate floorings made from the natural raw material of wood showed that the growing Eastern European market is focusing on high quality, competence grounded in experience, and healthy living. At MosBuild 2012, the SWISS KRONO GROUP made a convincing impression with its diversity of products, its modernity, and last but not least its stand service personnel, who wore traditional Swiss costumes to stress the traditional roots of this internationally successful group.
