KRONOTEX international – Competence Showcased at MosBuild in Moscow

13. April 2011 | At the MosBuild 2011 trade fair in Moscow between the 5th and 8th of April 2011, KRONOTEX presented the outstanding quality and innovativeness of its current laminate flooring collections to the dynamic market of the Russian Federation.
Successfully Targeting the Growth Markets of Eastern Europe
MosBuild is the largest and best-known trade fair for the construction industry in Russia, Eastern Europe and the CIS. It covers the entire range of products and services of relevance to the building industry. Many different interest groups attended MosBuild 2011, which set a new record in terms of visitors. More than 2,000 exhibitors from 48 countries displayed their products and services on over 133,000 square meters of exhibition space. In addition to companies which were venturing into the Russian market for the first time, already established firms also showcased their portfolios to strengthen their market position and win new customers.
At a joint stand of the SWISS KRONO GROUP (KRONOSTAR, KRONOPOL and KRONOTEX), KRONOTEX convincingly impressed interested trade visitors with its latest collections and product developments. The fast-growing Eastern Europe market offers excellent opportunities for KRONOTEXT to sell its innovative laminate floorings made from wood, a natural raw material. Visitors were especially fascinated by the complete KRONOTEX laminate flooring system, one of the first of its kind anywhere in the world: floors between six and 12 mm thick featuring vinyl and coated surfaces, in part cured with electron beams, and the patented “Clic” technology.
Environmental Protection a Major Focus at Mosbuild 2011
Green products and manufacturing processes attracted the most interest at MosBuild 2011. KRONOTEX impressed visitors with its eco-friendly production and sustainable products. The company uses wood – a natural raw material – and environmentally compatible binders to make modern wood-based materials with a healthy, ecological profile. All KRONOTEX products are manufactured using environmentally sound processes, meet the most demanding technical criteria and comply with the strictest ecological standards.
During the four-day trade fair, a large number of events were held to inform visitors about the latest trends in Eastern Europe’s building and housing sectors. With the motto “e3 Build brand: eco-friendliness, energy and efficiency”, an initiative is underway to implement future construction projects that fulfil environmental criteria, based on positive experiences in Western Europe. With its exhibits at MosBuild 2011, KRONOTEX impressively demonstrated that it is the ideal partner for this project.
